How to know if you might be pregnant

“Could I be pregnant?”

It’s one of the most common questions and honestly, one of the most stressful too.

If you’re wondering, your body might already be giving you some clues.

The first sign most people notice is a missed period. If your cycle is usually regular and suddenly it doesn’t come, it’s worth paying attention.

But that’s not the only sign.

You might start feeling:

  • More tired than usual (like, really tired)
  • Nauseous, especially in the morning (hello, morning sickness)
  • Breast tenderness or slight swelling
  • Frequent urination
  • Mood swings that feel stronger than normal

Some people also notice light spotting, which can be confusing; it’s not a full period, but it can happen early in pregnancy.

That said…
These symptoms can also be caused by stress, hormonal changes, or other health issues.

So what should you do?

✔️ Take a pregnancy test (preferably after a missed period for accuracy)
✔️ If possible, confirm with a healthcare provider

And most importantly, don’t panic.
